Training Courses in Microsoft SQL Server Ver.2014 and Electronic Human Resources Management The Department of Continuous Education at the University of Information Technology and Communications concluded a training course in Microsoft SQL Server Ver. 2014 and the electronic management of human resources with the participation of the number of staff of the Central Bank of Iraq, the Ministry of Oil, and staff of the University. The purpose of the Microsoft SQL Server Ver. 2014 was to provide the participants with the tools and skills to identify program components, manage databases, schedule relationships, design system reports, and define security policies to access databases. The Electronic Human Resources course, which lasted for (5) days, aimed to familiarize participants with the importance of electronic management of human resources and its application requirements and its role in providing information with the required characteristics as soon as possible to make appropriate decisions within the organization and the management of human efforts through the rapid completion of administrative work and how to apply it.
